Answer:

If you are interested in uploading an external video into LearningSpace as an 'encounter,' please follow the steps:
  1. From the Homepage, or "Dashboard View" click on the Cases icon.
  2. This is the Case Manager page. In the dropdown box, you should see the case "LearningSpace Example Case". Click Modify.

  3. This is the Basic Properties page, scroll down and click "Next."
  4. You will see a section titled "Items," click "Edit." These are all the available question types in LearningSpace. To view, click, "Preview" located at the bottom of the page.
  5. Create a new item by clicking "New."
  6. Select "Multimedia," and click "Next."

  7. Type something in the "Description." For example, "Teaching Session."
  8. Click "Save & Edit Media Content."

  9. Choose the video file you would like to upload into the system and click "Upload New Media File."
Note: LearningSpace accepts MPEG, MOV, AVI, and MP4 Video Files.

    1. Event: (Example) Clinical Skills Assessment
    2. Case: (Example) Neck & Shoulder Pain
    3. Learner (Select any one from the list)
